Dont let a little rain keep you from popping down. The Owego Elks will be holding a Strawberry Lawn Party on June 18th at the Elks Lodge 223 Front St in Owego NY from 4-10 pm. This pageant will be held the night before the festival and winners will be allowed to walk in the Strawberry Festival Parade on June 17th 2017.
